A local tradition since around 1975, Bob’s Place brings generations of history to the heart of downtown Alanson. Housed in a landmark building dating back to the 1800s, our longtime bar and restaurant serves casual American favorites, including our famous cod, prime rib, and burgers—and Bloody Marys that have become a favorite of their own.

The owner’s connection to Bob’s began when he started working here at just 15 years old. In 2017, he purchased the restaurant to carry on its legacy, keeping the familiar flavors, welcoming atmosphere, and local charm alive for generations to come.
